Dronfield Music Tuition – Lesson Prices
Generally 30 minute lessons are ideal for children between the ages of 5 and 15. This gives the child the right amount of concentration time to stay focussed. Physically an hour can sometimes feel demanding especially for instruments such as drums and guitar.
60 minute lessons are more appropriate for later year teenagers and adults, you’ll be able to improve quicker and easier and be much more satisfied with your progress with the time allowance per lesson.

WEEKLY 45 MINUTE LESSON (all instruments) £24.00
WEEKLY 60 MINUTE LESSON (all instruments) £32.00

Discounted Standing Order Information:
The standing order would be taken out on a monthly basis and is £56 for 30 mins or £110 for 60 mins. Ideally, if you could set up the standing order as close to the start of the month as possible it would be appreciated.
This payment is distributed over a period of 12 months and accounts for the 9 weeks. The dates for school closures are available on our website should you wish to take note of them.
We determine the standing order by considering the 9 weeks of leave we take annually. Consequently, we distribute the total amount over the remaining 43 weeks of the year. You will not incur charges for the weeks designated as holidays.
£56.00 x 12 months = £672.00 / 43 lesson weeks = £15.62 per weekly 30 min lesson
£110.00 x 12 months = £1,320 / 43 lesson weeks = £30.70 per weekly 1 hour lesson
Any lessons cancelled within the 24 hour cancellation window will be noted and caught up within these 9 week holidays to catch up. No refunds will be issued from April 2025, instead lesson credits will be added up to your account and taken within the 9 weeks holidays.
